    As part of that growth they have asked me to find them a new Demand Planner

    OVERALL OBJECTIVE

    To produce accurate demand plans for the suppliers to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained. Lead and manage the customer services team ensuring that customers receive a first class service.

    Reports to the Sales Director

    DAY TO DAY
    DEMAND PLANNING
     
    To lead the planning process of turning Sales forecasts into a demand plan and order for our contract manufacturing partner
    To work closely with the Commercial Analyst (along with SD and wider Sales team) to ensure the above happens
    To manage effective stock systems that link to internal and external supply chains
    To develop into building closer customer supply chain relationships with key customers and logistic/supply chain partners to improve
     efficiency
    To remotely manage additional 3rd party warehouse requirements, including some outside the UK

    CUSTOMER SERVICES
    To lead and manage Customer Services, including Customer Services Exec
    To put the Customer at the heart of what they do
    Lead an improvement in communication and process around everything customer related;
    Order processing and management
    Customer contact and communication around tracking, processing and delivery
    Style & content of communication for new customers
    Generate internal process and systems to ensure the right flow of info and support for the Sales team, including product info, new line forms, 
    support with customer specific admin and systems
    To be proactively involved in sales opportunities, developing a telesales/contact plan and maintaining and developing remote sales relationships
