    Our client is a global healthy food and drink business with a holistic plan that focuses on food, fitness, and wellbeing,

    Role Overview: Reporting in to the UK Commercial Director you will be responsible for the profitable development of key Licensees and Retail Channels across a portfolio of Branded products 

     Key Accountabilities: 

    o Implement overall food commercial strategy into Core Licensee group and Retail channel
    o Agree annual business plans & forecasts with core licensees by product category to include plans for retail distribution, sales growth, NPD and brand support, reviewing & measuring performance
    o Build outstanding relationships & maintain close liaison with existing licensees to form a trusted alliance
    o Build commercial structure to the business planning process with licensees
    o Instigate & lead commercial negotiations  
    o New business development planning that identifies new markets & new customers for the licensed brand to enter
    o Develop retailer channel plans for the food range, working on range across supermarkets, convenience, discounters and online
    o Engage with Channel retailers to identify growth opportunities  
    o Successfully identify suitable licensing partners across the allocated product categories including new areas that the brand can stretch in to o Provide regular communication to licensees on category & brand knowledge working with the Category Manager
    o Provide support for your licensees at their buyer/category review meetings as required 
    o Measurement of KPIs within the business plan and feedback to licensees via regular business review meetings
    o Monthly revenue analysis and forecasting in conjunction with the licensees delivered through reports completed by licensees
    o Maintain license agreements working alongside internal legal counsel 
    Skills & Experience 
    o Key /National Account management experience – ideally FMCG
    o Proven track record of delivering results against commercial KPIs
    o Astute commercial acumen
    o Strong interpersonal & professional relationship building skills
    o Excellent negotiation & presentation skills
    o Ability to adapt to changing & fast moving market conditions
    o Business or Marketing degree
    o Previous experience with licensing/franchise partners is preferable
    o High energy, enthusiasm & passion for change together with a burning desire to make a positive difference  
    o Ideally educated to Business or Marketing degree level
