    We have been asked to find them a new National Account Manger for their prestigous Boots Account.

     National Account Manager – Boots

    About this Job:

    •             A rapidly growing and dynamic sector that requires a candidate with previous experience of FMCG account management. Who is fantastic at building relationship and is hungry to pursue new business opportunities.

    •             Boots is a leading account with a great deal of growth potential across a number of different categories that they play in.

    They achieved strong growth in 2015 and are continuing this through 2016.

    •             They are a JBP supplier and as such are award winning suppplier therefore this person would need to be able to manage this relationship and work closely with the retailer to deliver the plans and continue to work collaboratively in order to grow the business.

    •             As part of the Boots team this individual will be expected to lead from the front therefore the internal profile for this person will be visible to senior management.

    •             The role reports directly into the Senior National Account Manager on Boots.

    •             The role is office based in Central London

    Key Competencies/Behaviours Required

    •             People Passion – someone who is happy with detail as the big picture and can bring structure to a part of the business that previously had the focus it required.

    •             Natural: the organisation is creating an open and informal culture which you should feel comfortable within.

    •             Confident: the candidate would need to be confident in front of the retailer and experienced in establishing and maintaining relationships with newretailers.

    Critical Experience:

    As much as the right character is key for this role, the complexity of the retailer in question and the vision of the sales team require a certain experience to succeed.

    •             Experience in account management on one of the Top 6 retailers with an FMCG organisation in the commercial faculty.

    •             An understanding of the creation, deliverance and tracking of a JBP.

    •             Experience of working with other functions both internally & externally to achieve defined objectives.

    •             A passion for learning and developing their skill set.

    •             A person who is able to maintain and develop people working relationships.
